Sugar vs Awareness

Sugar, actually, when I talk about sugar, as its overconsumption is bad for health. People think I want to sell my sugar-free products. That's the one reason I am bad-batching about sugar, but now let us know the reality, why I am talking and focusing on sugar.

According to the ICMR guidelines, consuming 25 grams of sugar daily is safe. I agree with it. Still, if we look at the statistics, our per capita consumption is 59 grams of daily intake. You might say I won't eat that much sugar, so chill, you're exempted. Still, you might eat 25 grams sugar right in 1, 2 cups of chai, coffee, or cooldrink/fruit juice, which is safe to cosnume according to icmr, so here is the main point you need to focuse as well, the same icmr also given the guideline like to consume 0.8 gram of protien per kg of body weight and 25 to 30 grams of fiber in a daily meal, where we wont even know about them. Still, when I speak about sugar, you try to run towards me to defend your sugar intake.

Sorry, I forgot even the guidelines suggest 6k to 7k steps to walk or run, which you forget as well, but sugar in chai, coffee, and desserts/cool drinks you need them to run in your bloodstream. How fair is it?

Quote: I'm not just trying to sell my product; I want to create awareness first so that you can choose what's better for your health.
